Lise Cartoni is an attorney with experience advising clients and litigating a broad variety of matters, including in employment, business partnership, construction defect, surety, insurance coverage, real estate and trust disputes, on education, state and tribal gaming regulation issues, and in guardianship and juvenile dependence proceedings. She has been a member of the California Bar since 1998. She has resumed her practice after becoming a full-time at home parent in 2003, during which time she also served as a school and community volunteer, home school teacher and administrator, and running coach.

Attorney for individuals and tribes, advising on tribal and state gaming regulations, business partnerships, and day-to-day legal aspects of casino operations, including employment, tax, and contractual issues, and also providing legal services in education, estate planning, guardianship, ICWA and housing matters.
