Jeff Byer’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters and disputes, including business, banking, real estate, condemnation, construction and professional negligence. Since beginning his practice in 1990, Jeff has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of litigation, including jury trials, court trials and arbitrations.
