Briana M. Monahan
Briana Monahan is a newly licensed attorney and has been selected by the firm for a two-year Litigation Fellowship. A native of San Diego, Briana attended the University of Southern California for her undergraduate education and obtained her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. She clerked at the University of San Diego Legal Clinics, the Family Law Facilitators Office at the North County courthouse, and several solo practitioners before starting work at the firm in the fall of 2010. Responsibilities as a Fellow include assisting the firm partners with case work, taking on pro bono cases with jury trials, participating in community service projects in the legal community, and attending national programs such as NITA’s Deposition Program and Pacific Regional Trial Program. Through the polished expertise of the well-established attorneys in the firm, Briana will receive extensive training and guidance to promote the development and growth of her career as a civil litigation attorney.
