Tom Laube obtained his law degree in 1978 (with highest honors) from the University of California at Davis, having received his undergraduate degree in 1975 from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Tom has been in private practice in San Diego since 1980, first with Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, and since 2000, with Sandler, Lasry, Laube, Byer & Valdez LLP. Tom maintains a general civil trial practice, including construction contract litigation, professional malpractice claims, business ownership disputes, employment matters, personal injury claims and real estate litigation matters. His practice has included numerous court and jury trials as well as arbitrations.

His practice has included numerous court and jury trials as well as arbitrations.

Tom's representative cases include business disputes, personal injury claims and construction contract disputes (representing public agencies, private owners, general contractors and subcontractors).
