Jeff
Byer's practice focuses on complex litigation matters and disputes, including
business, banking, real estate, condemnation, construction and professional
negligence. Since beginning his practice in 1990, Jeff has represented
both plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of litigation, including jury
trials, court trials and arbitrations. Jeff is a part-time instructor for
the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
Since 2010, Jeff has been recognized annually as an
outstanding San Diego lawyer in the field of business litigation by "Super Lawyers™."
