Thomas R. Laube



Tom Laube has been in private practice in San Diego since 1980, first with Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, and since 2000, with Sandler, Lasry, Laube, Byer & Valdez LLP. Tom earned his law degree in 1978 (with highest honors) from the University of California at Davis, having received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Tom maintains a general civil trial practice, including construction contract litigation, professional malpractice claims, business ownership disputes, employment matters, personal injury claims and real estate litigation matters. His practice has included numerous court and jury trials as well as arbitrations.
